Enhanced search options

Improvement

We have expanded the Find a Company area of the Portal by adding the ability to search First Name and Surname, providing greater flexibility and helps locate records more easily.

Sending emails from enquiry view

Improvement

You can now send emails directly from within an enquiry record. This includes the ability to send emails to multiple recipients where additional contacts are linked to the enquiry, helping streamline communication in one place.

Improved Task Ordering

Improvement

Tasks are now displayed in a more logical order: Participants/Companies first, followed by Enquiries, then Tasks.  In addition, Tasks are now listed in chronological order of completed and target date by default as opposed to the date added

Task Creation on Portal Email Invite

Improvement

Introduced the option to create a specific task type on a participant record when a portal login email is issued.

Category search capabilities

Improvement

Added the ability to search by categories, making it quicker to find relevant records and information. This enhancement improves overall navigation and reduces time spent searching across the system.

Quick Navigation to Participants/Contacts

Improvement

A direct, convenient link has been added within an Enquiry to quickly navigate back to the associated Participant or Contact.

Participant Status

Improvement

Participant Status is now displayed directly on the participant record, in addition to being viewed in edit mode.

New National Insurance Number search

Improvement

We have added the ability to search by the National Insurance Number on all Contact modules, giving users the confidence of locating intended records quicker.

Date of Birth search facility

Improvement

The Participant search functionality now includes Date of Birth, providing greater accuracy when searching for the correct record.

Improved Stability for PRaP CSV Import

Bug Fix

Resolved an issue where the PRaP import could fail due to hidden blank rows within the CSV file. The import process has been updated to automatically ignore any rows where all fields are empty, preventing unexpected errors.

User Session Timeout Notification

Improvement

Added an inactivity warning to notify users shortly before they are automatically logged out of the Portal

Personalised Email Signatures

Improvement

Added the ability to create personalised email signatures within the portal, helping ensure consistent branding and a more professional appearance across all communications

Job Vacancy label configuration

Improvement

Added the ability to make Job Vacancy a configurable label, allowing organisations to tailor terminology to better align with their internal processes.

Improved Login Experience

Improvement

An 'Eye' icon has been added to the Password and Passcode fields on the login screen, making it easier to view and verify credentials and reduce login errors.

Journey Panel Update on Task Closure

Bug Fix

Resolved an issue where completed tasks were not consistently reflected in the participant journey panel.

Enquiry Outputs Display Issue

Bug Fix

Resolved an issue where the Enquiry Outputs section appeared even when no outputs were configured for that enquiry type.

Enhanced Confidential Record Controls

Improvement

You can now assign an icon to a Participant category. This icon will appear on the Participant record, making it easy to identify the category at a glance without displaying the category name.

Task Filtering

Improvement

Addition of tasks filter option when viewing tasks grid, making it easier to find and manage specific tasks. This improvement makes task management more efficient, particularly for users handling large volumes of activity.

User-Level Configuration for Document Library

Improvement

The document and resources library can now be configured at an individual user level. This allows for more tailored access and visibility, ensuring users only see documents relevant to their role or responsibilities.

Match Participants to Vacancies from Enquiries

Improvement

It is now possible to match participants to vacancies directly from the enquiry view. This enhancement reduces the number of steps required in the matching process, allowing users to take action more quickly and efficiently when working from an enquiry.

Task Creation Control in Participant Module

Improvement

A new configuration setting has been introduced to allow administrators to disable task creation within the Participant module. This provides greater control over how tasks are managed and helps enforce consistent processes where required.

Messaging Features

Added the ability to turn off the Messages tab and message shortcuts on records. This provides greater flexibility for organisations that do not use messaging within the Portal
