Alcium Software are delighted to announce that St Helens Chamber of Commerce have implemented our cloud based Evolutive Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
St Helens Chamber is one of the largest and most successful Chambers in the UK, with the highest rate of business membership.
The Chamber had a firm requirement to consolidate fragmented data from various databases into a single system, streamlining existing processes for a ‘joined up’ approach to ensure all customer facing activity is captured on one universal platform.
The implementation involved the mass migration of data from various databases, including their previous CRM system which had been used by the Chamber for several years.
Processes now managed and co-ordinated from the Evolutive system include the storage of comprehensive contact and company details, events management and the management of memberships right from initial enquiry to established member, including integration with SAGE for membership payments. The system is also used to assist in the provision of business support, allowing the Chamber to manage all business support enquiries and online funding applications, including Regional Growth Fund (RGF) applications, from its members. Going forward, the Chamber will also be using the job seeker functionality of Evolutive for efficient job vacancy matching.
Evolutive allows for the performance management of all Chamber activities, including business support provision and membership activity. St Helens Chamber are also able to report back to members on membership savings and value for money.
