Alcium Software statement on Coronavirus

We would like to assure our clients and partners that Alcium Software is very much open for Business and we have put in place measures to ensure our services and support to you continues as normal.
As of Monday 23rd March, all staff will be working from home and our main initial communication will be done by email as our main switchboard number will be unattended.
Since the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak first began, we have been regularly reviewing our business continuity plan and are satisfied that we have taken the steps required to ensure our staff can provide an excellent service even if they are working from home. All our staff can work from home and access the systems to deliver all work for our clients.
What this means for you
We are confident that we will continue to deliver what you expect of us, but please note the following changes:
- Email communication will continue as normal
- Helpdesk support will continue to be available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our helpdesk staff can contact clients directly via phone to respond to queries
- Access to our cloud-based software solutions, Evolutive CRM and Agency Pilot CRM – All our software and data is hosted by Rackspace and backed by service level agreements. We have procedures in place to ensure we will continue to provide access to all our software solutions.
- Development Work – All planned development work will continue as normal.
