Alcium are pleased to announce that BT have selected Evolutive as their CRM system for the monitoring of their BusinessSupport Programme which will provide tailored and effective support directly to businesses to enable them to transform the way in which they employ the internet and technology. The project is part of the European Regional Development Fund project where BT has been awarded the delivery contract inover 25 regions across the UK.
Evolutive will be used to manage all interactions between Business Advisors and businesses and will be used to manage all primary and secondary evidential requirements needed for the ERDF audit.
The Business Support Programme consists of several elements namely; Business Advisor Master Classes, Workshops, Clinics, User Group Meetings, Webinars and One to One Business Advisor mentoring.
Evolutive’s Event Pilot module will be fully utilised and will be totally integrated with BT’s new on-line portal, specifically designed for this project.
Alcium’s Kevin Grimshaw describes this as “a fantastic opportunity to work with BT on such a prestigious project across the UK. and once again outlines the robustness, adaptability and easy to use qualities of the Evolutive system”.
Existing Evolutive local authorities across the UK will benefit with information updates being fed directly from the BTEvolutive system, with business referrals resulting from the programme.
BT will initially use Evolutive for their project across Lancashire, before rolling out across the rest of the UK throughout 2013.
